1. General Terms

1.1. Sheepworld reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
1.2. By entering Sheepworld, you agree to follow all posted rules and instructions from staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

2. Ticketing and Bookings

2.1. All tickets, services, and bookings are subject to availability.
2.2. Prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
2.3. Tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the specified date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Sheepworld uses FareHarbor as its booking provider. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through FareHarbor:

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows are non-refundable.
    3.2. Refund requests outside of the FareHarbor policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Group Bookings

4.1. Group bookings (10 or more people) must be made in advance.
4.2. Group bookings are subject to specific cancellation terms, including a minimum notice period of 48 hours for changes or cancellations.
4.3. For every 10 children booked in a group, one accompanying adult receives free entry.

5. Liability

5.1. Sheepworld takes every precaution to ensure a safe environment. However, visitors enter at their own risk.
5.2. Sheepworld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
5.3. Activities involving animals are inherently unpredictable. Visitors must exercise caution and follow staff instructions.

6. Photography and Media

6.1. Visitors are welcome to take photos for personal use.
6.2. Commercial photography or media coverage requires prior written approval from Sheepworld.
