School Holidays have arrived! We have activity booklets for kids heading through the farm park to collect when they arrive.

We now also have a new baby Alpaca, Brownie who will be bottle fed starting from Easter Weekend at midday.

On the 23rd January, Noodle our Mumma Alpaca gave birth to a baby boy. We have named him Olaf, like the snowman from Frozen. The gestation period for Alpacas is 11 months so we have been waiting a while for this boy to arrive.

He unfortunately has not been able to drink Mum’s milk so is has a bottle fed at 11.45am after the Shearing Show. Bring along your little ones to help us with the bottle feeding before he is weaned off the bottle!

7th December 2024

We received a call this week from a farmer down in Puhoi who had two baby Goats, only one week old. He was asking if we knew where he could take them because he doesn’t have time to look after them in between running his farm. Our Farm Park Manager put his hand up for us! These gorgeous Goats are now on the farm, and you can meet them in the park.
